My work continues my architectural practice through material and spatial exploration, creating ceramic and sculptural forms that investigate boundaries, structure, and surface. I view the vessel and the sculptural object as extensions of the body—forms that hold the tension between concealment and exposure, stillness and gesture, intimacy and distance.
In my practice, I explore contemporary interpretations of the human silhouette, blending structural precision with the intuitive nature of clay. By embracing raw textures and self-developed glazes, I seek to evoke what is often unseen yet fundamental. For me, clay is a site of both construction and surrender, where architectural logic meets fluid, expressive form.
I studied architecture at the Repin Institute (Academy of Arts) in Saint Petersburg and earned a Master of Arts in Architecture and Urbanism from London Metropolitan University. Ultimately, my practice is a way to translate structural thinking into a direct, tactile dialogue with the body.
